Sonic Sadhana is an on-ramp to super-conscious navigation through nada.  Sounds to heal. Sounds to reveal. Specially attuned planetary tones, the cosmic octave, binaural beats… live electronic sequencing and acoustic instrumentation merge with nada yoga practices (breathings, visualizations, guided meditations) to activate and harmonize the cosmic octave (ie chakras), balance body+mind and amplify the relationship to the cosmic SELF.

Nada yoga is the yoga of sound and vibration. Nada, vibration, is the quantum building block of the universe that shapes energy and matter; form and flow. Tune-in and harmony flows: physically, energetically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Tune-out and one falls prey to discord, conflict and dis-ease. Body-mind is in constant communication with the physical vibrations (ahat) all around – a cascade of action-reaction that penetrates to the level of our DNA and affects its activation and repair.

At a deeper level is the supersensory Self. One that remains attuned to the universal frequencies beyond the levels of normal sensory perception. Anahata, commonly referred to as the heart chakra, but literally means “the “unstruck” sound, the independent, undifferentiated transmitter and receiver of the cosmic source frequency –  often referred to as spirit.

“Sonic Sadhana is like a Swedish massage for the brain: an awesome blend of strength and sweetness! While TJ Jackson’s practice will take you to the deepest layers of yourself, Timo Preece’s therapeutic sounds will tune your brainwaves to all their possible frequencies. Sonic Sadhana will leave you feel both grounded and spacious, relaxed and alert and… totally blissful!”
